Can someone help me with this? I got an error while trying to upload via BrightCove.
It says....
"An error occurred while trying to determine if the Publishpod needs to be upgraded. You may need to restart the application or check your internet connection.
The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."
I tried..
1. uninstalling and reinstalling the program
2. restart the computer
3. disconnect and reconnect the internet connection
